Not badgering at all, you’re telling the truth. In the moment I couldn’t tell my form sucked, I was just trying to get the weight up lol! But you’re right, thank you for the reminder! 👍🏽
@@BlondieLockhart100% form has to stay consistent. Safer to lower the weight to practice good technique then go up in weight as you gain strength. If you can’t safely do a rep, don’t try to catch it or jerk like in the video. Muscle pulls and tendon injuries are not fun. Not meant to harp but what you did can hurt you, which makes the strength training process way less effective.
@@SpeeDManRL I appreciate the advice! My shoulders were sore for 3 days after so you’re not lying! Lesson learned, I’ll definitely lower the weight & focus on form 👍🏽

Maybe I missed it on the instructions but when you started you're rolling process with your hair was it damp or was it dry dry?
Thanks for asking! My hair was mostly air dried so I moistened it with the leave in conditioner before using the styling gel

I don’t. After I ran out of this I tried the rose & was gifted another shampoo that I currently use -but I only wash my hair a few times a year so it lasts a while lol!
